In the education world, a benchmark is something that we talk about all the time. It’s a step towards reaching a goal. I am so happy and excited that I broke a plateau and reached a benchmark! I haven’t seen the 140’s in many years and it was great to jump on the scale and see this!!!!! Slow and steady wins the race and consistency and living my healthy, balanced lifestyle is the key! AdvoCare has taught me balance and how to “LIVE” within guidelines of 80/20. I’m happy living in this place and only great things are headed my way. My motivation is being healthy and fit. Sunday Funday!

Being prepared is the key! I love to spend Sunday getting ready for my week. I do my shopping and cook up my chicken, boil some eggs, cut up veggies and make my salads for work. Sometimes I make up oatmeal jars that I just need to add hot water to in the morning on my way out the door. Good habits follow through for the week. I also have routines for getting ready for the work week too and always make To Do lists and check them before bed and first thing every morning. I’ve got lots of responsibilities and different duties and it’s the only way to keep things straight! Work, after school programs and meetings, family, house, volunteering, fitness, my AdvoCare business and coaching my challengers means a very full life. Being busy is normal for me and being organized is how I keep it all together. “Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail.” Take some time to make your life easier!!
